it deserves its 3 stars. besides, free wi fi worked flawlessly. we ate at the attached restaurant so close to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the street was noisy. We had issues with air con, it was a bit noisy.

We appreciated our stay. All in all, it was perfect place for traveling to Tacloban. The restaurant was located within 700 feet. Their driver rocks...
